The conference will be held September 6-9, 2016. The conference will start on Tuesday evening with a reception. We will finish late Friday morning. Register below using the online form. Entry fee per participant is $250. An additional $50 is required for any spouses, children, family or friends that plan to attend the group dinner on Wednesday evening. Airfare and accommodations are not included and are to be arranged individually by each participant.
